Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kimberly Schmid's mother is Chinese and was raised as a Chinese in Vietnam. Winston Barrett Munn is from the American South. Olivia's parents divorced when she was two years old and she was raised by her stepfather and mother, who was a part of the United States Air Force. The family left Oklahoma and moved to several places, but she lived the majority of her life in Tokyo. It was where she appeared in theatre productions during this period and became a fashion actress for Japanese business. Olivia relocated to Los Angeles when her family had moved back in her home in the United States to follow her dream to be an actress. Olivia's career began to take off following a few tiny role. Olivia was cast in the role of Mily in the series with a Hawaii lens Beyond the Break (2005) and also the receptionist part in the film Big Stan starring Rob Schneider in Big Stan (2006). She hosts "The Daily Nut", "Formula D" and "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. She is a fan of surfing, something she continues practicing since the TV show Beyond the Break (2006). Her black belt is in Taekwondo. When she was two, her mother remarried. This time she married a US Air Force serviceman. They have relocated several times, but she was a majority of her youth in Tokyo Japan since that was the location where her father was stationed. Attending at the University of Oklahoma where she was a journalism major with minors in Japanese and dramatic art.
