Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across various industries, working with the leaders as well as their teams to increase the business results, especially when there is growth or rapidly changing environments by designing, coordinating, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. As an advisor, she was involved in transforming corporate and people strategies into strategic goals and corporate-wide targets with regard to performance management and organizational including employee participation and transformation. She enjoys learning and believes that the development of leaders as well as teams as the most competitive advantage. Her extensive experience in medium and small-sized businesses and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven results and successful outcomes helped cultivate organizational cultures that embodied the concept of learning and innovation to positively impact individuals teams and organizations.
