Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. By the end of 2009 she had won four health titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the competition. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and returned with a 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. She was up against the very best. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, along with bent-over rows. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
